The Vanguard Tough Mudder Takeover 2026

This September, Vanguard is taking over Tough Mudder London South for a one-day industry event built around teamwork, challenge, and a bit of mud.

The Vanguard Tough Mudder Takeover is a 5km course featuring 13 teamwork-inspired obstacles, designed to be completed together, no race times, no pressure, just a shared challenge and a great day out with colleagues and peers.
